The Eye guards the treasure. Get past it and it's yours.

rounds open from 0.5 SOL
❯ approach the door

Every $HEIST trade feeds the vault. Something was sealed in there with the money, and it asks the questions. Whoever gets past it takes everything. Then the door closes, and it waits for the next one. The pot has no fixed size: every trade adds to it, and the longer nobody gets out, the bigger it gets. A new round opens every 15 minutes once there's at least 0.5 SOL inside. Every round it gets harder, and the rounds never end.

It only lets in people it can name. Sign in with X to try. One wrong answer and it locks you out for 5 minutes.

1/5the voice in the vault

Something was sealed in here with the fees. This round it has three questions for you, and about 2 minutes to answer them all. It will not repeat itself, and it does not forgive. The moment you light the fuse, it starts counting. Get one wrong and you're locked out for 5 minutes.

00:45
the first question

LOCKED OUT.

It is not done with you yet. When the timer ends, you can light the fuse again.

It will hear you again. Every try brings new questions.

TOO LATE. Someone else got out first.

The door is shut for this round. When the next round opens, you can try again.

YOU GOT OUT.

Your claim is in, and nobody else can claim this round. The SOL is being sent to the wallet you gave. Your name goes on the wall with the payment link once it lands.

2/5run

Run. Reach the end and the next door opens. Space, click or tap the screen to jump. Shift or D dashes:Tap jump to jump, dash to dash: the dash lets you slip through anything for a moment, then it has to recover. Red walls cannot be jumped. Not everything stays where it starts. You can run as many times as you need.

3/5the binding

It binds to you. Find a nonce so that sha256(challenge:nonce) starts with five zeros. Let the miner run, or bring your own tools.

4/5the quantum lock

The last door is sealed with a quantum lock. Your two qubits start at |00⟩. Build a circuit that puts them in exactly the state in the picture, using at most 6 gates. You get 3 tries to lock it in.

what the gates do
  • H puts a qubit into an even mix of 0 and 1. Do it twice and it goes back.
  • X flips a qubit: 0 becomes 1, 1 becomes 0.
  • Z flips the sign (phase) of the part where the qubit is 1. The bars stay the same height; the colour changes.
  • S turns that phase a quarter: + becomes +i, +i becomes −.
  • CNOT a→b flips qubit b, but only in the parts where qubit a is 1. This is how qubits get tied together.
  • Bar height is the chance of reading that result. Colour is its phase: +, −, +i, −i. Only the pattern matters, so flipping every phase at once changes nothing.

5/5tell someone

Before you leave, tell someone where you've been. Post on X from , paste the link to your post, and leave the Solana wallet the SOL should go to. The first person through this round takes the pool.

//what it wants

i. it feeds

Creator fees from $HEIST trading flow into the vault wallet. The balance is public. Anyone can watch it grow.

ii. five doors

Three questions from the thing in the vault, a run, a proof-of-work binding, a quantum lock, then a post on X. Sign in with X. One wrong answer locks you out for 5 minutes.

iii. one walks out

The first one through takes the pool. The door stays shut while they're paid and for 15 minutes after, and only opens again once the pool is at least 0.5 SOL.

iv. it learns

Round after round it gets harder: more questions, less time, a faster run, fewer lives, a heavier binding and a bigger quantum lock. There is no last round.

//the terms

  • sign in with X. You need an X account to go in. One account per person.
  • five doors, all checked by the server. Three questions against a fuse, a run, a proof-of-work binding, a quantum lock you open by building a circuit of quantum gates (checked by a quantum simulator on the server), then a post on X from the same account. One wrong answer, or the fuse running out, locks you out for 5 minutes. After that you can try again, with new questions.
  • it gets harder. The difficulty climbs round after round: more questions with less time on each, a faster and longer run with limited lives from level 3, a heavier proof of work from level 7, and a quantum lock that grows from one qubit to three, with more gates, fewer spare moves and fewer tries. Once it reaches its hardest setting it holds there. The rounds never end.
  • first one out wins. The first person through all five doors takes the whole pool. Anyone still inside when that happens is too late.
  • paid automatically. When the winner enters their Solana address, the pool is sent from the vault wallet to that address. Only the first address of the round is accepted. After that, nobody else can enter one. The payment link appears on the wall once it's sent.
  • public balance. The vault is a normal Solana wallet. Anyone can check its balance and every payout on a block explorer.
  • cooldown. After a win the door stays shut until the winner is paid, then for another 15 minutes, and until the pool is back to at least 0.5 SOL.
  • your handle is public. Your X handle shows in "who tried", and on the wall if you get out.
  • no cheating. Bots, scripts, or several accounts for one person get the win taken away and the round reopened.
